Mainak Chatterjee is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Central Florida, USA. He received his Ph.D. from the department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. His research interests include cognitive radio networks, dynamic spectrum access, economic issues in wireless networks, game and auction theories, resource management and quality-of-service provisioning. He has published more than 80 conference and journal papers. He is the recipient of the Young Investigator Program Award sponsored by the US Air Force Office of Scientific Research. He serves on the executive and technical program committee of several international conferences. He is the founding Co-Chair of the First IEEE Workshop on Mobile Video Delivery (MoViD 2008). He has been the TPC Co-Chair for Asian International Mobile Computing Conference (AMOC 2007), the TPC Vice-Chair for the International Conference Distributed Computing and Networking (ICDCN 2008), and the Co-Chair for the Cognitive Radio Networks Track of IEEE ICCCN 2008.
